Lab Lounge Policies Booking Policy -A valid card is required to secure all appointments. -New clients may be required to pay a booking deposit that will be applied toward the service total. -Appointments are confirmed only after booking requirements are completed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy -I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment changes. -Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of deposit or 50% of the scheduled service amount. -No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrival Policy -Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late cancellation fee. -Appointment times cannot be extended due to late arrival. Lash Appointment Preparation -Arrive with clean lashes free from makeup, oils, mascara, and debris. -Excessively dirty lashes may require additional cleansing and may result in an extra fee or reduced appointment time. Fill Policy -Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. -Clients must have at least 40–50% of their lash extensions remaining to qualify for a fill appointment. -Appointments beyond 3–4 weeks may require a full set. Guest & Children Policy -To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. -Children and additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved. Refund Policy -Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. -If you experience any concerns with your lashes or brows, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess and address the issue. Right to Refuse Service Lab Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, arriving under the influence, or presenting conditions that may compromise the safety of the service provider or client.
